1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the NovaFuze-Tech website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
NovaFuze-Tech provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, technology consulting, and AI-powered solutions. All services are provided on a project basis with scope, timelines, and pricing agreed upon before work begins.
3. Project Agreements
Each project engagement will be governed by a separate project agreement or statement of work that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and responsibilities. These project agreements supplement these Terms of Service.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, we require an advance payment before project commencement. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom work created specifically for your project becomes your intellectual property. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in development remain our or their respective owners' property.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your project details, business information, or data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
NovaFuze-Tech's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 15 days' written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
